“Fixed Trilogy” by Laurelin Paige

When I started reading this trilogy i simply couldn’t put it down. I really loved it! It’s sexy, intense, steamy, dramatic, shocking. I get to experience a lot of things with it. Alana is strong beyond of who she was in the past, and Hudson is a lovely jerk, well you’ll understand that at the end, on the last book. I loved the personality of each character, the reality in each one, is good to see it. I didn’t like the epilogue I was hoping for more. I feel like it was a monologue and didn’t gave me much closure.

I still have to read Hudson’s book to understand him more.

Fixed on You (Book 1): Stalking and restraining orders are a thing of Alayna Wither’s past. With her MBA newly in hand, she has her future figured out–move up at the nightclub she works at and stay away from any guy who might trigger her obsessive love disorder. A perfect plan. But what Alayna didn’t figure on is Hudson Pierce, the new owner of the nightclub. He’s smart, rich, and gorgeous–the kind of guy Alayna knows to stay away from if she wants to keep her past tendencies in check. Except, Hudson’s fixed his sights on her. He wants her in his bed and makes no secret of it. Avoiding him isn’t an option after he offers a business proposition she can’t turn down and she’s drawn further into his universe, unable to resist his gravitational pull. When she learns Hudson has a dark history of his own, she realizes too late that she’s fallen for the worst man she could possibly get involved with. Or maybe their less than ideal pasts give them an opportunity to heal each other and finally find the love their lives have been missing.

Found in You (Book 2): Alayna Withers has only had one kind of relationship: the kind that makes her obsessive and stalker-crazy. Now that Hudson Pierce has let her into his heart, she’s determined to break down the remaining walls between them so they can build a foundation that’s based on more than just amazing sex. Except Hudson’s not the only one with secrets.
With their pasts pulling them into a web of unfounded mistrust, Alayna turns to the one person who knows Hudson the best–Celia, the woman he almost married. Hoping for insight from someone who understands all sides of the story, Alayna forms a bond with Celia that goes too far–revealing things about Hudson that could end their love for good. This is the first relationship where Alayna hasn’t spiraled out of control. And she might lose Hudson anyway…

Forever with You (Book 3): Alayna Withers relationship with Hudson Pierce has tested both her and his ability to trust. They decide that the only way they can move forward together is with open doors and transparency. It won’t be easy for the scarred lovers, but they’re committed to each other more now than ever. Alayna, in particular, has grown through their trials, and has emerged more confident and faithful to the man she loves.
But while the pair is focused on the future, their past shows up again to threaten their fragile bond. Promises that were made are broken, and Alayna learns that Hudson still has very potent secrets–secrets that will tear them both apart. As much as she feels for him, her ability to forgive and forget is tested beyond her limits.
Even though she found the only man who could fix her, a forever with Hudson seems more and more out of reach.

I really enjoyed reading this story, is interesting to read how crazy Hudson become for Alayna, and how he fight his demons and old twisted games to win her love.

“Tied” by Emma Chase

Funny, truthful, realistic, and charming with Drew’s POV…. true love between that beautiful couple, and even more cute with baby James’ addition in their wonderful equation, this little guy seems to be adorable. They fit perfectly together.

Emma wrote a wonderful story, I loved every book of the series, read how DREW become this wonderful man, growing into a healthy, funny and crazy relationship with Kate that is a incredible woman, who knows who she is and she wants. with other great characters like Mackenzie, who is adorable, and the Bitch, Dee, Steven, and of course Billy Warren who was a pain in the ass to Drew.

Synopsis

Tied (Tangled #4) by Emma Chase

In the fourth sexy romance by the New York Times bestselling author of Tangled and Twisted, Drew and Kate can’t wait to tie the knot—if they can survive the pre-wedding festivities.
For most of my life, I never imagined I’d get married. But Kate did the impossible: she changed me. I think we can all agree I was pretty frigging awesome before, but now I’m even better.
The road to this day wasn’t all rainbows and boners. There were mistakes and misunderstandings worthy of a Greek tragedy. But Kate and I made it through with our inexhaustible lust, boundless admiration, and everlasting love for one another intact.
That being said, there were some unexpected incidents in Vegas last weekend that could have been a problem. It was kind of… my final test.
I know what you’re thinking—what the hell did you do this time? Relax. Let’s not judge, or call for my castration, until you’ve heard the whole story.
And hold on tight, because you’re in for a wild ride. Did you expect anything less?

“Tamed” by Emma Chase

If you have read Drew and Kate’s story, you probably know Matthew and Dee, and already maybe figure it out how it ends… But not, Emma just wrote theirs’ story and is sassy, funny, sexy and hilarious.

Matthew seems more mature and sensitive than Drew, and since he saw Dee for the first time he went after her. Dee was a little unsecure sometimes and that drove me crazy! A scene that stock with me was when they were having “fun” while listening “Demons” by Imagine Dragons, believe me I don’t listen that song in the same way anymore.

Synopsis

TAmed

Tamed (Tangled #3) by Emma Chase

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: girl meets player, they fall in love, player changes his ways.
It’s a good story. But it’s not our story. Ours is a lot more colorful.
When I met Dee I knew right away that she was special. When she met me, she thought I was anything but special—I was exactly like every other guy who’d screwed her over and let her down. It took some time to convince her otherwise, but turns out I can make a convincing argument when sex is at stake.
You might know where this story’s headed. But the best part isn’t where we ended up.
It’s how we got there.
TAMED goes back in time to the Tangled days. But this time around, it’s not Drew dishing out the advice and opinions—it’s his best friend Matthew, who of course is dealing with Dee Dee

“Twisted” by Emma Chase

Ok if I loved Drew’s POV I think I loved even more Kate’s, Emma Chase present us this characters so fresh, so natural, so real that I simply love them. I couldn’t stop reading once I started, for real, my work didn’t matter, is so exquisite reading and most of all an awesome writing that I just couldn’t put this book down, till I finished it. It caught you and keeps you interested.
I love their love story, I love that Emma paint them in the real world. That they have troubles but as many of us, they work them out. The best part and I told you before is there are more of these two. More book for them so thank you Emma Chase you made my day ^^

Synopsis

twisted

“Twisted” (Tangled #2) by Emma Chase

There are two kinds of people in the world. The ones who look first, and the ones who leap. I’ve always been more of a looker. Cautious. A planner. That changed after I met Drew Evans. He was so persistent. So sure of himself – and of me.
But not all love stories end happily ever after. Did you think Drew and I were going to ride off into the sunset? Join the club. Now I have to make a choice, the most important of my life. Drew already made his –in fact, he tried to decide for the both of us. But you know that’s just not my style. So I came back to Greenville. Alone. Well, sort of alone….
What I’ve come to realize is that old habits die hard and sometimes you have to go back to where you began, before you can move ahead.
TWISTED picks up two years after Tangled’s end, and is told from Kate’s POV.

I hope you enjoy this book as much as I did.

“Tangled” by Emma Chase

The most I loved about the book was the POV by a guy, not just that, Drew is sincere, honest and direct, he always tells you the f’ing true about how guys think. I love that the ultimate player become a pussy whipped, Lol!- I know for experience that a guy can really change and fall in love –

I love Kate, she is an independent women, she has her own mind, she is strong, the only bad thing about her is her douchebag of a boyfriend, everything cannot be right huh? But is like that when you come from a small town far away from big cities, is normal, is all you see every day, the same people, but when you get out to the big world is a whole new experience. And the most that I loved from Tangled is that is a series and there are more books to know the story of these two love bugs. I love, love, love Tangled. End off!

Synopsis

tangled-new-659x1024Tangled (Tangle#1) by Emma Chase

Drew Evans is a winner. Handsome and arrogant, he makes multimillion dollar business deals and seduces New York’s most beautiful women with just a smile. He has loyal friends and an indulgent family. So why has he been shuttered in his apartment for seven days, miserable and depressed?
He’ll tell you he has the flu.
But we all know that’s not really true.
Katherine Brooks is brilliant, beautiful and ambitious. She refuses to let anything – or anyone – derail her path to success. When Kate is hired as the new associate at Drew’s father’s investment banking firm, every aspect of the dashing playboy’s life is thrown into a tailspin. The professional competition she brings is unnerving, his attraction to her is distracting, his failure to entice her into his bed is exasperating.
Then, just when Drew is on the cusp of having everything he wants, his overblown confidence threatens to ruin it all. Will he be able untangle his feelings of lust and tenderness, frustration and fulfillment? Will he rise to the most important challenge of his life?
Can Drew Evans win at love?
Tangled is not your mother’s romance novel. It is an outrageous, passionate, witty narrative about a man who knows a lot about women…just not as much as he thinks he knows. As he tells his story, Drew learns the one thing he never wanted in life, is the only thing he can’t live without.

I really enjoyed this book, it was fun, and sexy and smart. I hope you like it too.
