“GREY” by E.L James

Ok, my first thought when I put down GREY was, “Is it fair to say that I was kind of expecting more?” I mean, it took me a lot of reading to get caught up with the book, and with FSOG was like falling in love in the first four chapters, I liked it but it was hard to get into it.

Is good to be able to read about Christian’s thoughts, and how is his life and relationship with his family and his employees, we get to know a little bit more about this impressive guy, we still can see glimpses of the little boy who was broken and scare, and we get to understand he is the way he is. I loved how he starts battling with his feelings of love for Anastasia, is good, I still believe that something was off and I wanted a lot more sparkles. I do want to read the next book, 1^st cause Darker is my favorite book, and I think Christian is more involved in it.

“Fifty Shades of Grey” Trilogy by E.L James

I’ve read the story six times, but I hadn’t done a review until now.

Fifty Shades of Grey was the first book of romance/erotic literature that I read, Christian Grey was my first literature crush, I felt in love with all of him, how sensitive he is, I felt for his love for Anastasia, he didn’t care about anything, is really good to read his conflict when he was battling emotions and feelings, he so jealous, overprotective, that and many more things I loved and love about hum. Anastasia is so innocent, she has no experience, but she is strong, decisive, she is curious of Christian’s life style and what he is really feeling, she doesn’t let over shadow for this incredibly handsome and powerful man, she faces him and establish her terms and conditions.

People had criticize the story, telling that is porn or that promote violence against women. However for me, just like for many women around the word that had read the books, It’s been a journey in this amazing love story that has kinky and intense fuckery. We read about BDSM but with consent for both parts, Ana does what she wants. Let me ask you something ¿Who has ever been spanked while you are having sex? Right, see? But that’s not violent or abusive, instead is sexy and turns us on, they are many forms to play and that helps our sex life. As E.L James would said “is passionate love story that happens to have lots of sex”

Erika wrote a story that caught up millions of women (and some men), the best of this is now we can see the story come to life on movie theaters, and we can put faces to our imagination, the last reading that I did on the books was with Dakota and Jamie in my mind as Anastasia and Christian.

Is an amazing trilogy, in Fifty Shades of Grey I felt in love with the story and characters, in Fifty Shades Darker this love gets intense, this is my favorite book of the trilogy because we see an Ana that takes Christian to his limits and we can see how strong she is, she have this power of important decisions and in Fifty Shades Freed is has a sense of freedom and liberation, there are moments of impact, action and lot of love.

I get enough of reading these books, I have the same feeling like the first time I read them, I feel butterflies and cute things everywhere and I fall in love with the story and each one of the characters.

Mia Grey has been cast!

The super charismatic, funny, always cheerful and happy Mia Grey has been cast, Rita Ora the actress/singer will be the one playing Christian Grey’s little sister.

Rita was born in Albania on November 26, 1990. She is a British singer-songwriter and actress. She has two studio albums, her debut album was Ora in 2012, and her second studio album is still on hold to release but it include the single “Fair”, and about this second album she said “I definitely know what I want more and it’s pretty straightforward with what I’m trying to say with this second album”

In film she had appeared in Spivs (2004), she is part of the videogame The Sims 3: Seasons, and she is the face of the “Material Girl Collection”, the clothing line designed by Madonna.

I am a little shocked by this cast choice, but at the end I think I’ll like her, Team Fifty is doing a great work and BTW, they started filming on Sunday, December 1^st, Jamie and Dakota look AWESOME as Christian and Anastasia, they filmed the cafeteria scene, where they go after the photo-shoot… yep that one… This is one of the pics behind the scenes

Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson: They look so great together! Don’t they?

For now we have to keep calm till Friday when the EW issue comes out, with just a little tease about what is coming in the making of the Fifty Shades of Grey movie, for now the cover is so f’ing awesome!!!!

What did EW show us?

• Well a cover with Jamie and Dakota, show them as Christian an Anastasia, OMG they were made to each other… Lol
• The moment when Jamie found out he would be playing the Master of the Universe
• That Dakota didn’t like to exercise before, but she wants to look good naked and now she thinks is: “it kind of f—ing feels awesome.”
• Production begins in Vancouver on December, 2.
• The release of the movie has been pushed to Valentine’s Day weekend 2015 (A perfect date! Isn’t it?

On Friday when the issue of Entertainment Weekly comes out, we’ll be reading exclusive interviews with author E L James, director Sam Taylor-Johnson, and the full story behind the casting of Christian and Anastasia, plus which scenes from the book have made it into the script, and which have already hit the cutting-room floor.

Charlie Hunnam and Dakota Johnson Cast as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele

So as already everyone knows, the fabulous E.L James has announced the actress and actor who will be playing Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey

E.L took her twitter account on Monday morning, first to let the world’s know that Anastasia Steele will be play for Dakota Johnson

“E L James ‏@E_L_James I am delighted to let you know that the lovely Dakota Johnson has agreed to be our Anastasia in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.”

And then she tested us a little bit

“E L James ‏@E_L_James So… Christian…”

Then…

“E L James ‏@E_L_James The gorgeous and talented Charlie Hunnam will be Christian Grey in the film adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey.”

 So who are these two lovely and gorgeous people?

Dakota Johnson, 23, best known for her lead role in “Ben and Kate” (FOX), and has appeared in The Social Network (in which she shared a love scene with Justin Timberlake) and had small roles in 21 Jump Street, The Five-Year Engagement and Beastly. She is daughter of Don Johnson, best known for TV shows Miami Vice and his actress ex-wife Melanie Griffith.

Dakota opened her twitter account yesterday and said:

Charlie Hunnam, 33, is a British, actor who stars in the dark biker thriller Sons Of Anarchy as Jackson ‘Jax’ Teller and also appeared in Guillermo del Toro’s robot epic Pacific Rim. He is also known for his role as Nathan Maloney in the drama “Queer as Folk”.

The truly fans for the trilogy could not be more pleased with these choices, because we really know that the #FiftyTeam are working hard to get this movie right.

The producers also took their twitter accounts to let everyone know how they felt at the moment

Bret Easton Ellis, writer and friend of E.L, also took his twitter to said that Erika first choice to play Christian was Robert Pattinson, and that Ian Somerhalder was never in the running to play the part

So people, let’s keep supporting this project as we have been doing it so far, I’m pretty sure that it would be a great movie as good and great as the books

Fifty Shades of Grey Movie Casting news

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone, I know I’ve been M.I.A, but I’ve just been to busy with work and new proyects.
Last night one of the producers for the Fifty Shades movie Mr. Dana Brunetti talked in a web radio show about the castings, and much more about the movie, he said that they (Team Fifty) are working a lot to get this movie right, they are looking for two people how have a great chemestry between them to play Christian and Ana.

Casting process is on the go, and  E.L James is in LA since last Monday, she’d been having a blast between partting with Capitain America A.K.A Chris Evans and Gossip Girl actress Jessica Szohr, and off course working in the FSOG movie.

Part of Team Fifty is in LA too, today E.L, Kelly and Dana are getting together acording to their twitter feed, that means more new news to come.

Model Bryce Thompson confirmed on his twitter account that he did a casting for Christian role and he is now on the tun for it, he is 30 years old, from Cape Town, South Africa and he is  sexy and hot

For now all the greysessed have to wait a little more for the cast names release, and as Dana said “There would be some fans happy and some not” but at the end of the day I know that they would pick the right ones to play this amazin characters
